Marks & Spencers sales drop

Marks and Spencers sales have fallen despite the adverts featuring Rosie Huntington Whiteley and Twiggy. In this current time people aren't buying, so this could be part of it, but it says that Next have done better than M&S, taking their sales...

Belinda Earl is to join Marks as the high street's part time style director. Her task will be to reinject a sense of style into the M&S clothing range without alienating long-term customers.

What do I think?
Well, M&S if you are reading this... it's a brand that women like my mum and her mum have shopped in the past, want to shop there now but just can't seem to find anything that is their style or fits them. You'd think with Twiggy being the face of M&S there would be suitable clothing for these age ranges, where are the clothes that these women use to love and buy?
"Where M&S succeeds is with its beautifully crafted cashmere range and on its reasonably price lingerie to which there capital's women will always remain loyal."  - Yes this is true, but more of a colour range, style and fit for the cashmere jumpers please.
The lingerie I think is always good for all ages, I've bought some and so have my friends. It fits, priced well and stylish.
Let's just hope Belinda Earl saves M&S and brings it back to where it should be, good luck!
