Love Tim Walker's work, his work with Mulberry is always great too. Love this autumn feel to these photos. Tim Walker is known for his use of big props and very dreamlike photos. I like his use of props in these photos. Cuddly and warmth.

Blazers..not just a boy thing!

Blazers are so hot right now! 
The weather isn't great at the moment, you can't just go out in a strap top, even though we want to, you need something to cover up and still look ultra trendy and smart. Blazers are so in right now, whether you decide to go for pastel colours or brights. Your choice, whatever goes with your outfit or both! 

When the weather decides to get warmer, don't ditch the blazer, wear it for the evening, going out or at a BBQ when the it's late at night at starts to feel cooler. It's a must, I love mine!

Graduate Fashion Week

Did you go? Hope you went and enjoyed the work of all the talented students (including me!) My work was there, did you spot it? 
Trying to look for a job at the moment along with the rest of the graduates! It's not easy, the jobs just don't seem to be there or even with a degree you seem to need more experience too. 
Hopefully something with come along soon, wish me luck!

Varsity Polo

Varsity Polo, 9th June 2012.


History of Varsity Polo: 1860s Military officers imported the game of polo from India to Britain. 
1879: The oldest known polo fixture, Varsity Polo, played its very first game which saw a triumphant win for Cambridge. 
1989: Eton and Harrow joined the varsity Polo ranks. 
2007: Jack Wills took the mantle as host. One sunny afternoon when a Pimm's bus and 1,000 spectators came together to watch Oxford play Cambridge and Eton take on Harrow, this is where it all began.
2008: Welcomed Harvard and Yale as the crowds grew. 


And...you're bored now, so enough with the history. It was a great experience going to the watch the polo and having a picnic soaking up the sunshine. A mix of people some who love Jack Wills and some regulars who love the polo. I have never watched polo before and thought it was a great sport to watch. Of course I photographed some action shots, see my flickr or facebook page to view some of the photos. 

Hopefully I can go next year too, would love to stay for the after party!
